We are going to open August 24 to begin our 2020-2021 school year. We are planning to begin our fall session with students and teachers physically at school. We will follow recommended safety procedures. We will also have state-of-the-art systems in place for disinfection and UV technology to eliminate viruses. The details of the complete plan and procedures will be emailed to you in July, 2020 as the situation is still very fluid.
Tuition payments for next school year are scheduled to begin at this time. We understand everyone's uncertainty regarding exactly what next school year will look like. As stated above, we are moving forward as though we will be returning to an in-school setting that is much closer to normal (not distance learning) with students attending classes at school.
In an effort to minimize any financial risk for you in this time of uncertainty, we are going to modify our tuition requirements. We strongly believe in the quality of our school, and as a result, we are no longer requiring enrollment contracts.
If we do not have students physically at school and you do not wish to participate in distance learning, then you can choose to cancel enrollment and your payments will be refunded. If we are required to have distance learning and you do decide to keep your child enrolled, your tuition will be reduced by fifty percent (50%).
Any time during the school year, you have the choice to continue or not with no financial risk. Should you wish to terminate enrollment for any reason during the school year, you can do so with simply a 30-day advance, written notice. Any prepaid tuition would be prorated and refunded.
Preschool Students - $300.00 School Supply & Activities Fee Pre-Kindergarten Students - $300.00 School Supply and Activities Fee There are three payment options for Kindergarten - 8th Grade Students: Monthly - $840.00 Per Month (includes $32.00 per month processing fee) Semi-annual - $4,680.00 (2.5% Discount) Fully prepaid - $10,355 (5% Discount)
*The standard sibling discount of 10% is still applicable to the youngest sibling(s). Tuitions listed above are applicable to the oldest child.
